    Hello!

    I need to include a tag for a file uploading field in a contact form.
    I installed Contact Form 7.
    After I included the tag in my form, appeared this message: “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”.

    My Enfold contact form works well without file-upload tag.
    If I use a form generated only with Contact Form 7, works well , but I don’t know how to include Recaptcha in this form.

    When I mix Enfold contact form with that file-upload tag, I receive this message “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”.

    I need to create a contact form with file uploading field and captcha (from google or enfold numeric captcha) but I can’t.
    I prefer to include file-upload tag in Enfold contact form.

    I installed Recaptcha V3.
    Keys are confirmed by the message: “Last time we checked we were able to connected to Google…”
    Also, Contact 7 confirms in Integration module ” reCAPTCHA is active on this site.”

    I thought that I need a recaptcha tag in a Contact 7 Form, but I found out that with Recaptcha V3 it is no longer needed.
    I made a page with a contact form 7 but I don’t see recaptcha symbol in the bottom right. How can I be sure it works?

    Enfold form mixed with an upload file tag generates the same message”This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”.

    So…I need a form with upload file tag, protected from spam. ,

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. The theme’s contact form doesn’t have an upload field by default. How did you add the upload field? Please note that the reCAPTCHA option in the theme is limited or exclusive to the default contact form element. It’s not compatible with any third party contact form plugin.
