    My customer just gave me access to their website and it uses the Enfold theme. His website previously was created and managed by another person. He does not have the licence key. I have questions on the theme and think there might be a bug. How can I submit a ticket to have someone look at it?

    Hey Adam,

    If you don’t have a license then you can’t register on the support forum unfortunately. You can ask your question here, but we would appreciate some kind of confirmation that you actually own a license for the theme? If the license was purchased by someone else then please ask them for the purchase code so that you can register on the support forum.

    Hi Adam,

    Unfortunately, we can’t accept Envato private token as a proof of purchase, as what Rikard mentioned you will need to ask for the purchase code from the one who purchased the theme.
