    I have installed Enfold but when I activate another plugin all my formatting goes away. I’ve installed this same plugin with other themes and it works fine. Any ideas why my theme stops working?

    It looks like you aren’t running Enfold at the moment, we have to see the problem in order to help you out.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I see the problem on my end as well. What is the plugin which causes this to happen? Also, did you try to turn everything off under Enfold->Performance to see if that makes any difference? Don’t forget to select to delete the old CSS and JS files on the same page as well.

    RetsPro is the plugin that seems to cause this to happen, if you look from the back end he injects some css and js into specific pages, but nothing that should affect the opening page to the site.
    That same plugin works just fine with the Twentyseventeen Theme and another purchased Theme I have called Houzez, But it is bulky and I don’t need most of what it has is why I tried yours.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why that plugin would cause problems like that, but I turned off file compression under Enfold->Performance and that makes your site load normally again.

    Thanks for the fix, obviously that is some important things in todays webworld to have to shut down, everyone is all about speed on their website. Hopefully an update will make things work again.
