Good afternoon,
I have a problem and I don’t know how to solve it.
I am working with the Enfold Travel template and I make changes, and when I view the web on a PC that is not what I am working on, they do not look.
Yes I can see all the changes from the PC where I am working with the template and from a cell phone. For example, the logo cannot be seen and the typography that is loaded into the template is not gone.
I appreciate a quick response.Fernanda

Are you saying that what you are adding to the site is not appearing on the front-end? If so then it might have something to do with you running a caching plugin, try clearing the cache from it or disable it to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update and clarification. It’s likely due to the cache plugin (WP Rocket) which you are running. That is kind of what a caching plugin is supposed to do, you will need to clear the cache from it once you have done updates to the site. Or just leave it deactivated while you make changes on the site, then turn it back on once you are done.

Let’s stick to one problem at a time. I can see your logo fine when logged in, but not when logged out of WordPress. That is telling me that it’s your caching plugin which is causing that to happen, since it won’t display cached content to logged in users. Do you have an option in the plugin to lazy load images? If so then please turn that off. If that doesn’t help then I would recommend that you reach out to WP Rocket support to see if they can help you, as this problem is caused by their plugin. We can’t be responsible for what third party plugins does to the theme unfortunately.
Best regards,
Rikard -
