Hello!
We’ve had this issue before and somehow it corrected. But now that the site is live, we can’t have this happening. For some reason the fonts are changing to Helvetica. All of our headings are set to Roboto Slab and were correct a couple days ago. Now they all the sudden are different.
I’ve tried changing the fonts and updating to see if they change and they don’t. Something is blocking them from being correct. Also, getting this error on the theme update panel:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed

Following errors occured:
Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates. This is incorrect because we just bought this theme from Envato on 8/28/19. I have the license PDF. Here’s a copy of the text from the PDF since there’s no upload option here:

Please have a look at our docs here, on how to generate a token, the item purchase code is not the token:

So the theme’s validated and updated now. Just have the font issue lingering. :(

The fonts are not working because now the cookie for the Google fonts has to be implemented. Please have a look at our docs here

Thank you for the update.
We found this error or warning in the console.

Thank you for the update.
Did you add the CORS snippet from the documentation in the .htaccess file? The font where the files were uploaded is different from the actual domain name (see private field), so it can’t get through. Is that where your WordPress installation is located?

Sorry for the delay.
The Roboto Slab font is now set as the default font of the heading tags. How did you fix it?
