    I am unable to open pages to edit them. I am working on an iMac and Macbook, both running 10.14.6. I have disabled Adblockers, flushed my cache, turned off extensions in Chrome and Safari, tried on different networks, but still no change.
    My colleague who also has admin rights cannot reproduce the problem. WordPress support cannot reproduce the problem.
    I can edit pages when I use the Code Editor, but the changes are not published.

    Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves?

    Hi Jordan

    Yes. All extensions disabled. All plugins disabled. I have tried:
    – Chrome and Safari
    – iMac and Macbook
    – Different networks
    – DNS Flush
    – Local cache flush
    – Server cache flush (via WordPress support)
    – I set up a new ID and invited it as an Editor – same problem
    – Disabled my Firewall (temporarily)
    – Disabled antivirus (temporarily)

    I’m at a complete loss.

    Additional information:

    Today I tried logging in to my account from a different machine.
    Windows 10
    Chrome and Internet Explorer

    I was able to reproduce the problem.

    Hi srudland,

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    I have tested it also using Windows 10 & Chrome browser.
    I tweaked the about page’s content (just replaced . with !, and returned it again) and was able to do so without any issues and I could view the backend properly.
    If there are any steps we could try to reproduce the issue please let us know.
