Hi there,
I have been thinking about buying Enfold through Envato/Themeforest. When I wanted to buy Enfold last week (Sep 16) it was on sale there. But I could not put it into my shopping cart at that price.
I contacted Envato support that evening and the only response I got (in the same evening) was that they would forward my request to someone else. I have not heard from them since … despite asking again 2 days later in a reply to their support email.
IMO you should really think about offering a second sales channel …
Depending on the outcome of this I will most likely use a theme that is not Themeforest-dependent though your Enfold theme is really great from my previous experience with it.

I can understand your frustration but we have been selling our themes exclusively on ThemeForest since day one and we will probably be continuing to do so. Issue you experienced might be somehow cache related as another user told us they had similar experience.
