    Gravity Forms Email Notifications will not work with Enfold. It used to work but now none of my Enfold created sites will send emails notifications from Gravity Forms. Gravity Forms is the best form builder for WordPress and your theme needs to be compatible with it. I have to say i am very disappointed. I spent 8 hours trying to get this working and now all of my clients are complaining.

    I doubt I will continue to build sites using this theme because of this major incompatibility.

    And your form builder has no back-end record of submissions so it is fine for little forms but not for robust ones. You guys did something on the last upgrade. Please fix this and soon. Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    The WP login details above are incomplete. We need both username and the password. What do you mean by “GoDaddy Info”? Is that the access to the GoDaddy cpanel? We even tried to use that info to login to the WP dashboard and obviously it failed.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Have you tried setting the “From Email” of the Admin Notification to ” (Email address hidden if logged out) ” instead of the default {admin_email}? Or try to add the actual email address instead of the admin_email placeholder. We’ll try to assist you further with the issue, but you’ll need to get in touch with the plugin developer for additional help.
