    Hi,

Every time I try to upload an image to add media into a page in Enfold, I get this error: “Missing a temporary folder”. I’ve tried everything found here and by googling from adding a php.ini folder and putting a temp folder in the wp-includes and uploads folder, changing file and folder permissions, owner permissions, on and on but nothing works. Would you mind taking a look at it and see if you can tell me what I need to do to get it to upload images? Thanks.

    Hey yes9310,

Thanks for the login details, I’m not sure why that is happening though. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? Also, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks Rikard. Yes, I disabled all of the plugins and it still gives the same error. This was a fresh install of wordpress and the latest version of Enfold but after I had another theme Musicpro before that hasn’t been updated, but it had that problem with that theme. I tried running a database repair, no help. Made sure all the folders and file permissions are correct. No help. Made sure the site owner is correct for all files as well as did all the other fixes with same error. I’m at a loss to think of anything else. However, I did have this problem a while ago with another site that I changed to the Enfold theme and it fixed the problem.

    Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider they will be able to fix this, it is that either a CHMOD issue or something relative.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
