Hello, we have been with a serious problem for several days that we no longer know how to solve. Each time we include a button or refresh page that already contained one of these elements with “advanced layout editor” when updating it gives us the following error “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server. “And it cannot be updated. Please help me!
Hey analidia,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
Victoria
I just did what you said and the problem persists.
Thanks.
Hi,
I tried adding a button element to the bottom of your testing page and it worked. Then i deleted the element. Attached a screenshot in private content field below.
Has the issue resolved already?
Best regards,
Yigit
Good morning, the page I indicated is not because I was just remaking it. I have others testing pages in Private Content.
In the first example if you want to update it appears “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.”
In the second example if you click “advanced layout editor” and the you want to update it appears “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.”
Thanks
Hi,
Could you please try disabling ModSecurity in your cPanel and check if that helps? If you cannot find the option, you can contact your hosting provider and they can help locating it :)
Best regards,
Yigit
