Hi Guys,
I have built a layer slider which works fine inside of the layer slider tool.
But after integrating it into the page it is not displayed. I looked in the layer slider options and on page settings, without finding out something helpfull.
Than I created a new page to test the same layer slider there – and it is shown as wanted.
I compared the settings of both sides to find the reason for that – but without success.
Can you give me a hint? You find the siteadress in the private content area.
Best regards

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

GrobiSeptember 14, 2019 at 3:50 pm #1138336Hi Grobi,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have created a template called it “markus test”, and imported it to the test page, so it’s similar in everything and surprisingly it works on the test page.
I’m not sure what’s causing this issue but I suggest trashing the old page and for the test page just change it’s title and permalink and use it instead.Best regards,

thanks a lot!
Your advise seems to be the right way, I will follow your hint.Do you have any idea what could be the reason for that issue?
Best regards
GrobiSeptember 16, 2019 at 2:07 pm #1138820Hi Grobi,
We’re glad that we could help :)
To be honest, I have experienced it a few times, but even after several days I still could not find any clues why that happens or what’s causing it.
A possibility could be due to caching, but at the end it’s hard to say since everything is the same, the builder, the code, the template, and the major difference is just the id.Best regards,
