    I have some categories that include a + symbol and using it duplicates the parent category slug.

    Categories:
    parent category: Nike Global (slug: nike-global)
    sub category: Nike+ (slug: nike-nike-global) * it ads the parent category slug, instead of just nike.

    I am not able to just have nike as a slug if the name is Nike+ it adds the parent category to the slug.

    Editing the category don’t work, it keeps adding the parent category at the end of the slug.

    How to fix it?

    Hey peterolle,

    But 2 categories cant have the same slug. This is why that is happening. You can have for example nike-2 over the slug.

    Yeah, the problem is the “+” can’t be used, I changed the slug to plus to have a temp solution.

    Hi,

    I’m not 100% sure of this, but I think special characters like that are not allowed in slugs. I think it would be better if you actually spelled out the word to be honest with you.
