    Hi, I’ve recently taken over the development of our website from someone who’s left the business. This morning I upgraded our Enfold from v4.07 to latest 4.6.2, which has broken our child theme (child theme files not touched). I’ve tried to log in to support with what I thought would be our login details, but it is not working.

    So I tried creating an account, but it says the Purchase Code has already been used for another account…

    Our purchase code is: b4041fcd-c7eb-48bd-9e36-193e1ac10d20

    Please can you check this and either let me know whose account this has been assigned to, or cancel that account and allow me to reassign it to our general Realise Design one.

    We’d also then like some help with sorting out the upgrade as we’ve had to revert to Enfold v4.07.
