I’m having a few issues when inserting the mail chimp signup form element into a page
1. When the preloader is active, the page will not load
2. Setting the a Color Section layout to to 100% of the browser height breaks the page the using the mail chimp sign up element within the Color Section
3. Receiving this error when using the Mailchimp Element: This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.
3a. I have made sure and validated the the google captcha keys.September 9, 2019 at 11:31 pm #1136251This is the page i’m having these issues with: https://www.abelldjcompany.com/lead-capture-form/

September 12, 2019 at 3:33 am #1137330Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It’s probably related to the new privacy option or shortcode [av_privacy_allow_cookies]. Users have to accept the main cookie in order to see or interact with these elements. For some reason, we couldn’t check the theme version. Do you have version 4.6.1? The [av_privacy_allow_cookies] should be enabled by default in that version, so you don’t have to add it.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
We can see the issue now. You’re using an input field (calendar) that is not supported by the MailChimp element. You should see this note in the fields section of the element.
Please note:
You can only hide form fields that are not required
Currently only text and dropdown elements are supported properlyThis created the following error.
: ‘AviaDatepickerTranslation’ is not defined
lead-capture-form (517,16)You have to remove the date or calendar field in your MailChimp form.
Best regards,
