    Hi everyone,
i’m having a hard time customizing my website: problem is, the site was started by a guy who left at half job, so there are some parts in need of completition and i don’t know where to start.
For istance, what i am trying to achieve is a page with a vertical tab like this one:

where every section is clickable and brings to separate texts/pictures.
Is this something doable with Enfold?

    Thanks,
    Lorenzo

    Hey Lorenzo,

Yes, you should be able to achieve something similar if you use the Tabs element from the Layout Builder.

    Hey Rikard,

    thanks for the answer!
I’ve tried with the advanced layout but i can’t create a vertical tab (unless i use accordion, but what i get it’s different)
If it’s not too much trouble, could i have some simple guidelines on how to do it ?

    Thanks,
    Lorenzo

    Hi Lorenzo,

Please have a look at our docs here

Hi Victoria, I think Lorenzo was asking whether it is possible to have *vertical* tabs, i.e. with the different “triggers” (either text/icon/images) listed vertically (like in the accordion component).

For Lorenzo: I think it is NOT possibile, based on what I read on the documentation and I see in the Tabs element configuration.
I am wondering if there is a magic CSS trick that can do the job :-)

    Bye,

    Hi mistermagoo8691,

Did you check the Tab Position option in the Styling tab in the element options?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

@Rikard, after checking your anser (“what? I don’t have any “Tab position” option in the “Styling” tab, it is in the “Layout” tab!”), I started realizing that there may be a DIFFERENT tab element than the one I was checking… and yes, that’s it: I was checking the “Tab section” element (in the “Layout Elements” container), you are talking about the “Tabs” element (in the “Content Elements” container) :-)

Therefore: yes Lorenzo, IT IS possible to use vertical tabs using the TABS elements, I can confirm it.
Sorry folks, you are providing too many elements :)

    Bye!
