Hi,
I have a problem with a slider with 3 slides.
After copying and editing some slides I saved the slider (saving took very long) and now I can not edit it anymore. The complete interface of Layerslider does not respond with that slider. If I go to a complete other slider everything works as it should. I tried to duplicate the slider and edit it but same result. I tried deactivating all other pluginss – no result. I remade the complete slider and when I was nearly done, it “crashed” again.
Could you help me with this problem? May thanks in advance.September 9, 2019 at 5:25 am #1135792Hey frank1003,

Thank you for the update.
We can edit the slider on our end. Is it fixed? Please try it on another computer.
Best regards,

I’ve tried it on multiple computers but two sliders (Trouw autos and Three cars) are not editable.
I do reach the Editing interface but i can not switch between slides and/or edit the slide.September 16, 2019 at 1:40 am #1138605Hi,
Thank you for the update
Looks like an issue with the color picker or minicolors script. Did you add any custom content in these sliders? Worst case scenario is that you have to recreate these sliders from scratch. Have you tried that?
SCRIPT5007: SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property ‘hasClass’ of undefined or null reference
wp-auth-check.min.js (1,1446)

IsmaelSeptember 16, 2019 at 8:22 am #1138684Hi,
I haven’t add any custom content other then the options that are available in the editing interface.
After the first time the problem showed up I completely remade the slider. When almost complete this second slider also “frooze”.
I don’t have a problem to remake it for a third time but I would like to know where the issue is and how to avoid it the third time. With regards,
FrankSeptember 17, 2019 at 3:58 am #1138983Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We are not really sure what could be causing that issue. Do you set the color or background of any of the layers to transparent or any non-hex value?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 17, 2019 at 10:40 am #1139053Hi,
No I,ve not changed settings of the background. But I do have set (changed) the colors of fonts.
