Hi together,
we use the contact form for reservations in a restaurant. Before the change to 4.6 the user of the form entered his email address in the field and the restaurant had a request from this address and only needed to click on answer. now comes the email from no-relay, because we do not enter any sender address in the backend. However, the address of the user is no longer transmitted !! in the private section I sent a screenshot and the admin data.it belong to this form: https://mundart-gladbeck.de/#reservierung
Have you any idea, what is wrong??

Hi, i also have this issue, if you use the form from a desktop you get the email address show, if you use a phone or tablet it shows the no-reply@, hope they fix this soon, lots of people on other forums all having identical issue since 4.6… :-)

You´re complete right. I can verify that the issue belong to the sending device. With a PC everything is ok, with a mobile the issue appear. Thank you for the confirmation.

I’m no techie and never mess with php files and don’t want to add other plugins that still have issues and we have to insert code into different places to make it work. As from the previous replies on this thread, you can see there was no issue pre v4.6 and since v4.6, the email address is only not shown when sent from a mobile device or tablet.
So can you confirm that there is a bug and will be addressed in a future update or that there is a bug, but we have to apply our own fix via the information on the other threads you have linked as it cannot be fixed by the Enfold team?
