Hi,
when using the Avia builder comments element there is some strange behaviour as per the screenshot in private conent box: it shows up the message “The last comment needs to be approved.”! This is publicly visible!
Can you please help and tell how to remove this message?
Thank you and best regards,

VictoriaSeptember 8, 2019 at 8:37 pm #1135718Hi Victoria,
thank you for your fast response.
This is not the solution, because for my posts it is absolutely required having comments to be approved before they appear. Furthermore, this problem only appears in comments when using your Avia Builder, this is not occuring in classic editor.

SophieSeptember 9, 2019 at 12:16 am #1135764Hi,
Thanks for the link, the thought behind this message is to give your commentors some feedback that their comment has been received. Often blog comments will give no feedback so users think that something went wrong and post a few times, then you will have all of these duplicate comments to work through.
But I was going to help remove the message for you so I made a comment at the link in the Private Content area and it seemed to publish right away until I refreshed the page in which it was gone, so I didn’t get the message. But this action is even better because if I was a spam bot I would have left thinking my job was done.
Anyways, as I didn’t get the message I’m not sure how you want to proceed.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 10, 2019 at 3:45 pm #1136579Hi Mike,
thank you for all your efforts reproducing the issue.
The message “Your comment has yet to be approved by the moderator”, that shows up after a comment was left, is not the problem. The problem is the message “The last comment needs to be approved” that shows up above the comment count in addition to the a/m message, when using your Avia builder comments element only! It is not when using classic editor! Please kindly see screenshot in private content box again.
Hope this helps for better understanding.

SophieSeptember 10, 2019 at 9:24 pm #1136784Hi,
Thank you for the feedback, I guess I tested the wrong post, I searched for another and found that adding this css in the Quick CSS field should solve:.av-buildercomment-unapproved { display: none !important; }
Please clear your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
