I’m using the Fullwidth Slider Revolution Plugin Addition for a slider on the front page. There is this huge gap under the slider that I can’t seem to close up, it’s not part of any dimensions of the slider. I can’t tell if it’s a plugin issue or something with the theme. Can anyone assist, support login info in private below and a link to the screen capture of what I’m talking about.

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I can’t reproduce the problem in your screenshot, it seems like the content has changed?

    Best regards,

Yes, I changed a setting. I can change it back if your going to look at it.

Ok, it’s changed back. Slider revolution support said its an issue with the theme element. When I use the fullwidth plugin addition I have a gap that’s at the bottom. If I use shortcode, I have a small gap at the top. I can’t get it to where it’s at the top and not a huge gap at the bottom.

this is what plugin support said when I was using shortcode. “Please consult with page-builder’s or theme’s author to remove the min height applying for slider revolution. I think it is theme’s page-builder because the class on that code is Avia Slider Revolution.”

I think I’ve fixed it by using the whitespace separator and a negative value

    Hi,

Thanks for the updates, so everything is working as it should now then?
