Tagged: CONTACT FORM, enfold, select element
Hey there! I can usually find a nice simple answer to most of my enfold customization questions but I can’t on this one.
I have a contact form with a Select Element. I simply want the label to NOT be clickable and not factored into the validation rules. It should just be a label that indicates what the user will be choosing from.
How do I do that? Thanks!
Hey berwickredan,
Thank you for contacting us.
It’s not clear what you are trying to explain. Please check the link below
The labels are by default NOT clickable. If you still have any issue please upload a screenshot/mockup to one of the below sites and share the link to the page where we can see the issue so we can help you better :)

Hi, thanks for the response but this is not what I’m talking about, sorry I wasnt more clear.
I’m using the Contact Form in Enfold. And I’ve dropped in a select element with numerous values and multi-select enabled. The label for the select element is shown at the top. With most selects, you can make the label — or 1st element — not selectable. However in this case I cannot seem to do so.
I don’t want “Service of Interest*” to be selectable. Screenshot below. Thanks!
Hi berwickredan,
Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.
