    Hello support team,

    since I purchased the Enfold Theme I extended support several times, always before the expiring date of support. Is it possible to extend support not when it expires, but any time later when support is realy needed? Can’t find any information about that.

    Hey lebenspraxis,

    Yes that is possible, you don’t need to extend just because it expires. You can renew support when you are in need of it instead.
