    Hi everyone, I have a pretty severe issue that I need to fix ASAP, but I have no idea how.

    I just updated Enfold to the latest version and since then this message appears (in my dashboard and on the frontend):

    I can second this, having the same issue.

    Only solution so far is to NOT install the latest Enfold update or to roll back to the previous version.

    Hi Karina,

    As a temporary fix, through FTP, I made a copy of plugin folder to my Hard Drive and just deleted the Plugin Polylang, as a temporary solution the site is up… now lets see what the support guys says….

    Hi Yigit,

    As a mentioned above Im facing the same problem, however to do not let the website down I have deleted the Polylang Plugin.
    Im sending the credentials in pvt.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. Polylang-support claims that there is a syntax error in the file /themes/enfold/wpml-config.xml.

    Hi,

    Could you guys please try replacing the content of /wp-content/themes/enfold/wpml-config.xml file with this one – https://pastebin.com/7TwFuMEX and check if that helps?

    If you would like us to look into it, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field.

    Hi everyone,

    sorry for the late response. I am in San Francisco right now.

    Yigit, I am sending you a log-in as soon as I figured out how to create a temporary one.

    Deleting the plug-in isn’t really a solution for me since I need both languages up and running. A friend who is tech savvy also said the error is in the Enfold theme and not the Polylang plug-in.

    We will release new update soon. Please make sure to insert your Personal Token into Enfold theme options – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token to get notification when new version is available :)
