    Hi, my website is on “maintenance-mode” and I can see the proper version of my website only in the preview .. when I disable the mode there are no texts and images.
    How to solve that?

    Hi, see screenshots in the private area.
    I tested on Windows 10 Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi .. everywhere the same.
    I´d appreciate a quick answer if you can figure out the problem since this problem is existing for two weeks now (already in another topic). If we can´t solve it I have to use another theme .. the website should be online already.

    Hi,

    Odd. We can see the issue on Firefox now. Looks like the animations are not working. We had to add this css temporarily to make the elements display.

    .js_active .avia-slideshow li:first-child {
	visibility: visible;
}

.avia_transform.avia_desktop .av-animated-generic {
	opacity: 1;
}

.avia-slideshow li {
	opacity: 1;
}

    We don’t see any error, so we are not really sure why the animations are not working in your installation. Please try to upgrade the theme from v4.5.7 to v4.6. The upgrade might help fix the issue.

    Hi, thx a lot! With the Update most of the issues are solved.

    Unfortunately not working:
    1) responsive-layout on mobile phones – there is still the desktop-layout
    2) using the font “Comfortaa” for h-tags (was working before updating)

    Glad to know that some of the issues are solved.

    1.) Did you remove the browser cache on your device? The site looks fine on mobile view.

    2.) Did you upload the font in your server? Where can we see the issue? Please provide a link to the page where you apply the font.

    Hi,
    1) I tried with a new browser .. still the Desktop-Version (tested with Samsung Galaxy S7)
    2) “Comfortaa” is the preset heading-font from the installed demo-site. I also checked in the style-settings (screenshot)

    Can you give us a screenshot of the issue? The site looks fine on mobile view. And we tried to login but we encountered the following error.
