    Hi, I just purchased the theme and I have an issue trying to install the demo content (Construction) I have a new wordpress installation without previous content installed. I read the documentation but none of the options has worked, what can I do to solve this issue? Thanks!

    Hey southblade,
    Thank you for the login, I see that your error when trying to install the demo is:

    
/wp/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    I also see that your PHP version is v5.6.35, which is older than the WordPress minimum, please ask your webhost to update your PHP to v7.1
    Also ask your webhost to check the error logs to see if they can tell the cause for this error. It could be a server security setting such as ModSec, or something else.
