August 28, 2019 at 11:42 am #1131555Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

September 2, 2019 at 6:13 am #1132822Hi,
We don’t have access to that email address, unfortunately. Please post the complete login info or the login token in the private field.
You can also try the following css. It should apply a minimum height to the home page slider.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner, .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner li, .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner, .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner li img { height: 225px !important; object-fit: cover; } }Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 2, 2019 at 7:07 am #1132846Hi Ismael,
Yigit requested me to create the temp login using instructions above and the email address as written,
I added the css revision from your solutions and it works.
This shouldn’t have needed any revision if the code was correct in the first place
Thanks

The image slides’ minimum width and left position are calculated on the fly, so they are resized differently compare to the fallback image. Yes, I agree. This calculation should be applied to the fallback image as well.

September 16, 2019 at 1:56 am #1138608Hi,
Thank you for the update.
For the other language, just replace the “.home” selector with the id of the page “.page-id-921”.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-921 #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner, .page-id-921 #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner li, .page-id-921 #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner, .home #full_slider_1 .avia-slideshow-inner li img { height: 225px !important; object-fit: cover; } }Best regards,
