    Hi – I have successfully updated to 4.5 on 10 of my sites using the “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”. But I am having trouble with the site below. I’ve tried the plug in and receive an error message so I tried via ftp and the site went down. I have provided log- in credentials below. Can you please take a look?

    Hey annameis,

    We can update for you but then we need FTP login details as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.

    Also please try to explain a bit further what happened when you updated the site manually. If you know what version of PHP you are running on the server then please share that as well.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We are able to access the file server, but we didn’t see the latest version there. Please upload the latest version in the wp-content > themes folder, but rename it to “enfold_latest” so that we’ll have the old and latest copy. We’ll try to debug the issue afterwards.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The latest version (4.6) of the theme is now activated. The old one has been renamed to “enfold_bak” and can now be removed anytime.
