    I just went live with a website rebuild. Putting an existing site into the Enfold theme for the first time. So I didn’t overwrite the existing site. I worked out the design on a demo site then I uploaded Enfold and imported the settings. It all worked perfectly except for one thing.

    The featured images in the live website are not cropping to a specific size or ratio like they should be. They are staying huge.

    Below are three links to screenshots that show the 2 sites side by side. On the left is the dev site, on the right is the live site. I can’t see that any settings related to the blog layout are different. The only difference I can find is that the dev site used an older version of Enfold.

    Can you help me figure out what to change to make the featured images display as they should?

    Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hey Dandelion222,

    Thanks for the screenshots. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi. It’s been 3 days since I gave you access. Are you going to reply?

    Hi,

    Yes, we did noticed this but we also need time to make sure we can solve it or how.
    We appreciate your patience while we review.

    I thought it would be just a matter of finding the setting.

    I’m really stumped. I went back and forth between the settings on both sites and as far as I can see all the settings are exactly the same!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response.

    We can’t access the sites because they are asking for the “flywheel” credentials. Please include it in the private field. For the meantime, try to regenerate the thumbnails using the following plugin.

    // https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Best regards,

    Rats. I could have sworn I included everything you needed! I will try the regenerate thumbnails thing first. If that doesn’t work I’ll return and give you those last settings.

    Regenerating the thumbnails with that plugin worked.
