    Hello, ive been following other threads but with no luck.
    Tried extending the config memeory to 256 mb in wp-settings.php
    and the execution lvl to 300 seconds in wp-config.php
    i’ve installed and set up woocommerce then demo importet the shop enfold demo and get an error every time
    Tried manually also to import the shop.xml file from the enfold theme.
    I have the newest enfold theme version with a child theme
    the newest version 5.2 of wordpress
    php version PHP version: 7.2.19
    later on i tried importing other demos with no luck as well

    please help

    Hey asring,

    What is your hosting provider?

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Also, your child theme does not have functions.php and it has to have that file.

    Hi, All but woocommerce plugin which is a requirement for the shop enfold theme to work is disabled. The child theme with functions included I downloaded from your website and is now uploaded and activated as a child theme. I also tried to import the One Page Agency Demo without running the woocommerce plugin ( so no plugins activated at all). But in both cases, the problem still persists.
