Hi,
I just purchased Enfold and am trying to do a demo import. I keep getting an error saying “import didn’t work, you may want to reload the page and try again”. I’m using GoDaddy managed WordPress and I read somewhere that I may need to change the php settings. I have no idea how to do this however and I don’t understand GoDaddy’s instructions on how to do it as I don’t even know where these settings are located.
Maybe this is due to some other issue than the php however.
EDIT: I was able to fetch my current PHP info:
max_execution_time 300
max_file_uploads 20
max_input_nesting_level 64
max_input_time 60
max_input_vars 1000
memory_limit 256MUpdate: I also tried to manually upload the xml file, this resulted in a 500 internal server error page, stating “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”

I was running V 7.2 I think. I just cancelled my managed WP hosting with GoDaddy however and moved to WordPress.com instead. Hopefully that will work better.

RikardI just installed Enfold and imported the demo using WordPress.com as host and it worked like a charm!
Perhaps a warning should go out regarding this issue? As GoDaddy do not provide any technical support and do not allow any direct editing of the php.ini file, I don’t see how this issue will be resolved by them any time soon.
