We are using your Enfold theme on our WordPress site, but has just upgraded WordPress, and now the Avia layout Builder doesn’t load any more. Maybe we need to update Enfold? We are running on version 3.4.7.
Problem is: I don’t have our purchase code and the people who originally set up our website doesn’t work here any more. I have no idea what to do. Is possible to track our purchase? I would think that the email used for purchasing Enfold would end in (Email address hidden if logged out) ‘. And most likely the employee name of who used to be in charge of our website was ‘Mads Bang (Jensen)’. Most likely the email would be (Email address hidden if logged out) or (Email address hidden if logged out) , but they don’t exist anymore.

I, as the IT-manager has been asked to dig up on this, and see to that our website receives the required upgrades – hence I am contacting you.
