Hey, how are you guys?
I recently bought the WooCommerce Coupon extension which now allows me to add discounted items into carts when coupon codes are applied. For example, I have a coupon code named “freesnake” which adds a 100% discounted Snake Bowl to order.
I’m trying to do the same thing with the Quartz Banger item using the coupon code: freebanger , but the item isn’t showing up in the back end. Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/N97fqNZ
I really want this feature to work as its key to our marketing plan (lots of promos lol). Can you please take a look and see why its not showing up? I tried making a new product, a new coupon, nothing. Its like the coupon section refused to acknowledge the existence of products created after the plugin was installed.
I left my login deets in the private content section.
Thank you so much,

You might want to write to the plugin support since this is not really a theme related issue or check the plugin support forums.
Best regards,

Hi Daniel,
Yeah, I can see the issue now. I spent some more time on your website & this doesn’t seem to be an issue with the Smart Coupons plugin. Please follow these steps to check:
Temporarily deactivate the plugin Smart Coupons
Now open the coupon ‘freebanger’
Go to tab “Usage restrictions” & look for the field “Products”. This field comes from the WooCommerce core plugin
Try to search the product ‘Quartz Banger’
You’ll get the same result which you were getting earlierSo it seems to be an Enfold issue, not an issue with their plugin. Can you please take a look and see if we can fix it. I really need the coupons to work properly, they’re a big part of our marketing plan.
Thanks,

Thanks,
-DanielAugust 18, 2019 at 2:27 am #1128564Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I was able to add your product to the coupon only by entering the slug “Quartz-banger-1”
if I entered only “Quartz” it would not show, odd.
Anyways now you can fill out the other fields and start using it.
Please see the screenshot in Private Content area.Best regards,
