    The Fullwidth video slider element on my homepage of website is not working. No video plays…and it just shows black. I tested the video and it works on youtube but not on my website. I have tried several videos and they all do not play.

    I can see the video on my end (see private content).
    What browser and OS (windows, mac, linux) are you using?

    Hmm, I see the video on your screenshot but not on my chrome browser on osx 10.14.5 nothing plays. On safai and direfox on osx I get this error (see private)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I removed the & sign at the end of the Youtube URL and the video is playing fine on my end using Chrome after that.

    On my end in chrome the video is still not playing. I cleared cache several times and also tried incognito mode. I was able to get the video to play in safari and firefox though!

    Please Advise

    Hi,

    I can’t really advice anything unfortunately, it’s still loading fine on my end using Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Could you try using a different machine maybe?
