Getting message "updating failed" every time I try to save an update to a page

I cannot make changes on the site bc I am getting an “Updating failed” message. I have made sure the token permissions are set and correct and the token as been validated. I updated the theme and disabled most of the plugins. The hosting service removed the ModSecurity rule so the IP isn’t being blocked. I have cleared cache.

Please advise.
