Why do data connection errors occur when you haven’t logged in for about a month? What do I need to do about it?

I’m not sure I understand your question, could you try to explain a bit further please? If you are getting the error in the title of your email then it means that the WordPress installation cannot communicate with the database, check that the server is running or that the connection details are correct.
