    Hi Guys,
    I’ve got a new install of WordPress, running the latest version of Enfold.
    In the text block and posts text editor the advanced layout builder wysiwyg is not showing (i.e. it’s just showing the basic).
    I’ve tried a few bits but can’t sort it.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please include the .htaccess login details in private as well, otherwise we can’t log in to your site.

    Hi otmmark,

    I have checked your site and it’s the same with what I have on my end.
    There’s a toolbar toggle that shows additional tools.
    Are you referring to additional tool provided by TinyMCE Advanced plugin?

    I have checked your diagnostics page and I could see the element preview but the text is white so it’s not clear and the toolbars are the same on my end.
    Can you try to clear the browser cache?

    Unfortunately my issue is that I cannot even see the tab to change to the visual editor from the text editor so I cannot see the full array of options.
    That being said, I found someone having this issue on another thread and it was solved by creating a new administrator account, which has also worked for me. So long story short this is now solved, however I still don’t know why it was happening.

    Hmm, that’s strange maybe that’s why it was working on the account you gave us and I couldn’t see the issue.
    Anyway, we’re glad that it’s resolved, or maybe you can give us the details on the admin account that is having this issue, so we can try to look and maybe we can figure something out.
