How to adjust the font size for a mega menu item?

You could try adjusting the padding of the links, this is the default CSS:
.avia_mega_div > .sub-menu > li > ul > li a { padding: 3px 12px 3px 12px; }Simply try to reduce those values a bit to see if that helps.
