    How can I add blocks when I am building a page?

    There are a lot of plugins that once installed, you click add block, select the plugin and then you setup all the options.

    I need to create my page and add this blocks where I need to, let say I have a grid with 4 things, a photo, some text, some links and I need the block in the fourth one.

    How?

    Do you mean Block editor? We are not offering Block editor support here, you might want to look at the general WordPress forums.
