Hi,
I am running a number of websites using the Enfold theme. On a few website, I am having the same issue every couple of days. Each site has a main menu set but it seems to be defaulting to no main menu. I visit the site and the main menu has been replaced with a list of all the pages. I log in and check the menu select and nothing is selected. After I select the correct menu the site returns to normal. What could be causing the main menu to forget it settings?
Thanks!

Thanks for that, though your main menu looks fine on my end. You also have a menu assigned on the page in private, which is correct.

RikardJuly 29, 2019 at 5:14 pm #1122795Thanks for checking Rikard. I have also found that the footer also looses its setting and ends up blank at the same time. I haven’t figured out what is the cause of the change but have a feeling it is when any updates are performed on any plugins. It hasn’t happened for about a week so far but affects 3 of the websites that I am using Enfold with. My other Enfold websites running on the same server don’t have this problem.

can it be that your web site database is full?

BasilisJuly 30, 2019 at 10:46 pm #1123331Possibly. I thought it was strange that it was happening on some websites and not others which are almost identical using the Enfold theme and plugins. Since the issue, I have increased the size of my server, RAM and HDD, and the problem hasn’t occurred again yet. I’ll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.

Glad to hear you might have found the issue, we will keep this thread open to hear back from you after some more testing.Best regards,
MikeAugust 2, 2019 at 2:49 pm #1124188It happened again. I updated some plugins and that triggered the issues. One of my websites just lost the menu selection and another lost the menu and the footer selects. After comparing the differences between these websites and my others, I assume it is Speed Kit, running on my Plesk server, that could be the cause. Have you had any issues with Speed Kit before?

We are not aware of the issues, please disable it and see if the issues persist.
Best regards,
