Transparency options for Menu Text

Apologies if this has been asked before.

I have enabled transparency options for the website logo, and when I scroll down the page, the header background turns to white (which is ok). I have a separate logo which is the default, and a second logo for the transparency (white text issue).

I would like to do the same for the menu text. I would like the menu font color to be white initially then when I scroll down it changes to a different color. I have tried changing the Logo Area Font Color to white, but when I scroll down it becomes invisible due to the white background of the header.

Is there a way to achieve this?
