Hi Kriesi Support Team,
for an online appointment booking service I should put a js-code in the header of the page.
On the way to solve this task, I have found several attempts here in the forum, but do not get me further – can you show me a solution? The js-code and site-adress I write in the personal content field below.
Best regards
GrobiJuly 24, 2019 at 10:23 am #1121438maybe I’m missingyour point, but have you tried a a plugin that injects code into the head section of your site? for instance:
July 24, 2019 at 12:15 pm #1121507Hey Marketingnr1,

This works – with a new plugin the code is in the <head> now.
Unfortunately the termin service tool does not appear as it should. So I am looking for further help.

GrobiJuly 24, 2019 at 2:35 pm #1121550What is important as well – sorry, I forgot – with this line, the booking-tool should be displayed:
<div id=”pss” style=”margin: 30px auto;” ></div>
Best regards
GrobiJuly 24, 2019 at 2:54 pm #1121559Hi Grobi,
This code has to be added in the code block on the page where you need this to display.

VictoriaJuly 24, 2019 at 3:24 pm #1121581Hi Victoria,
thanks for answering.
I had this code in a text-block, in the text-hemisphere, which I thought must work.
Now, after including the code in a code block, there is still nothing displayed.Best regards
GrobiJuly 27, 2019 at 3:52 pm #1122334Hi Grobi,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

GrobiAugust 1, 2019 at 5:00 am #1123727Hi,
Thank you for getting back to us with the details. Please include the site name and admin login URL to check the issue.
I tried your script on my localhost but it did not work for me.
You can try replacing the placeholder text from the below script and add it to your staging site to check if it works. If you still have any issue please get in touch with the script provider to get a working script.

VinayAugust 1, 2019 at 11:16 am #1123853Hi Vinay,
I included the site-name in the private data field of my first post on this site.

GrobiAugust 1, 2019 at 11:26 am #1123857Hi Vinay,
your script gives this error:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting end of file in /homepages/10/d788490951/htdocs/cms/wp-content/plugins/header-footer/plugin.php(159) : eval()’d code on line 14

GrobiAugust 6, 2019 at 10:44 am #1125043Hi,
Thank you for the update.
What is the script for? Where did you get it? The script produces the following error when we test it on our own installation.
HTTP404: NOT FOUND - The server has not found anything matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). GET - https://my.lemniscus.de/%E2%80%99https:/my.lemniscus.de/pss/pss.nocache.js?v=1565080795932%E2%80%98
Is “https://my.lemniscus.de/” the actual URL of the site where you will embed this script? You may need to adjust that for now.

IsmaelAugust 6, 2019 at 1:31 pm #1125105Hi,
the script should allow visitors to make an appointment with the beautician/site-owner.
I got it from the provider “lemniscus” who developed that tool. I got the script from an explanation page, where is explained how to integrate the script on the page.
Because you, Ismael, have received an error through this script, for me it is the right time to get in contact with lemniscus to get clear information, how to implement the tool. I will report here.Unfortunately, the site shows an error that still exists even though I removed the script from the head of the page: all photos previously placed in a 2/5 column (next to text in a 3/5 column) ) are now under the text and are very large (more like 5/5). The text also behaves as if it were in a 1/1-column.
It is noticeable that the layout in the backend is still displayed in the correct layout, but not in the frontend.
Can you help to undo this misrepresentation?Best regards
GrobiAugust 6, 2019 at 3:57 pm #1125146Hi,
I am not really sure why but your content is placed outside of #wrap_all element while it should be inside.
I tried de-activating header footer plugin but it did not help. Could you please try updating Enfold to the latest version 4.5.7 – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ and check if that helps?Best regards,
YigitAugust 12, 2019 at 2:31 pm #1126800Hi,
sorry for the delay – it was not easy to “catch” my client hunting for the token envato-key …
Now we have the latest Enfold version and the out-of-wrap issue is fixed. Thank you, Ygit, for this hint.In my main problem with this appointment tool and the problem with embedding Javascript without getting an error, there is hope …
After a disappointing response from the Lemniscus company (“We can not help, please ask WordPress”), I tried something I should have done before: I searched for and found a Lemniscus plugin that I’m trying now!
I’ll contact you here!Kind regards
