WPML Main Menu Pages don't show in other language

Hi,

I’m using WPML.
My first language is german
I created a new main menu for english and I don’t want all pages in the english menu

than I clicked Translation and named Manu Name
clicked Translation from german main menu
but there are no items in the section Add menu items – pages

so I clicked synchronise
but I get only Custom Links and no Pages in the Menu structure
and there are still no items under Pages in the Add menu items section

What am I doing wrong?
