    Hi,
    I am still having issues with my slideshow not appearing after updating Revolution Slider. I am running 6.06 at this point. I replaced the slideshow_revolution.php per earlier instructions but it has not fixed my problem. I also disabled all plugins to see if there was a conflict but that didn’t help either. So below is login information for my site. Thanks so much for any help you can give with this problem.

    I tried to install this by uploading it to my WP themes, but get this error message
    Could not extract file from archive. enfold/404.php

    Hi,

    Did you upload the zip file directly? You should extract the files and update the theme manually via FTP.

    I tried doing that first, but the files won’t extract either. I get a 404 php error.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Did you install an extractor software like WinRAR or WinZip? A password prompt should appear when you try to extract the files. Extract the files in your desktop or any directory of choice, then upload it in your server via FTP.
