    Hi,

    i’d like to add a parallax effect to the footer with a designated background-image like one would with a color section.

    Hey Steffen,

    You should be able to achieve that if you design what you like on a new page, then assign that page to be your custom footer under Enfold->Footer.

    thanks, but will this result in having to use the page as an iframe? Is there a way to add it to the footer i already have?

    Hi,

    No it won’t be an iframe. If you want to do it in some other way then you can try to customise footer.php in your child theme.
