    Hello,

    On a desktop version of my site, the landscape and portrait images appear perfectly and 100% displayed.

    While on a mobile version, the Landscape and Portrait Images are chopped along the top and bottom. The Portrait images are chopped quite heavily, only displaying part of the central image. This is while using a Horizontal Gallery (Stretch Full Width) on a portfolio page.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Terence

    Hey TJOLoughlin,

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue? It seems to look fine on my end.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I did ad some code I found on the forum, namely:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
    .av-horizontal-gallery .av-horizontal-gallery-inner {
    height: 80vh !important;
    }
    }
    @media only screen and (min-width: 480px) and (max-width: 767px) {
    .av-horizontal-gallery .av-horizontal-gallery-inner {
    height: 120vh !important;
    }
    }

    Yet, this leaves a lot of space above Landscape Images and yet still chops portrait images. Link below.

    Thanks,
    Terence

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi,

    I do not see the code placed anywhere after login, where are you working?

    Best regards,
    Basilis
