    I am unable to edit the demo copy in the easy slider (using the gym demo content). I am only able to enter numbers but not letters. Please advise. Thanks

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which copy in particular are you looking to change?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, you will find all the copy inside of the element options. Click the pen+paper icon, then into each slide. You will find the copy in the caption tab.

    Right… but when I go into the captions tab I cannot edit the copy… it only lets me input numbers… not letters. For example, when I try and change “the best gym you will ever find”… I cannot… the only thing I can change it to is numbers.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification, I see the same thing on my end. It doesn’t seem possible to input text in the fields, is that what you are experiencing as well? I’ve never seen this happen before so I’m not sure what the problem could be. Could you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please?

    It looks like a plugin conflict. It works fine when the plugin “Joom Sports” is deactivated. Thanks
