Hey Richard,
Do you want your product grid to look like the first screenshot? Could you post a link to your actual site so that we can have a closer look please?

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Thanks for your reply. Even though Kriesi show it in their demos of Enfold you are saying it not available without customization. That seems a bit strange that they would show a feature that it not available from the stock Enfold. How many other Enfold demos are there that cannot be used because you have to have customization?

RichardJuly 9, 2019 at 6:18 pm #1117128Hi Richard,
at the moment it looks like this https://d.pr/free/i/yTh5i4 which does not allow customers to add an additional product onto the purchase.
It is not very clear. You mean the look does not allow to add or the functionality? You need to go to the product page to add more than one product.

Thank you for your reply. Not entirely sure what you mean by “add more than one product”. Do you mean add a stock level? That will not change the styling on the product page. This is the Enfold page I was talking about https://d.pr/free/i/tX5Gyh Now on my page normally customers would only buy one product but there is an add on product that can only be added to their purchase if they click “Show Details”. If I change the style to what is shown in the Enfold demo the problem will be sorted. Basilis said that it is custom coding. If it is, then that coding must be available. Why not share it??

RichardJuly 11, 2019 at 4:40 am #1117658Hi,
Sorry for the confusion. You should be able to change the default product item layout in the Enfold > Shop Options panel. Look for the “Product layout on overview pages” settings and set it to the 4th option. That’s the layout used in the demo.
Thank you for using the theme.
