    Hallo liebes Kriesi-Team,
    wir verwenden WP 5.2.2 und Enfold 4.5.7
    Die Videos hatten wir DSGVO-konform (über iframe) eingebunden. Hat zuerst funktioniert, aber plötzlich wurde der Advanced Layout Builder nicht mehr geladen. Nun haben wir sie wieder nach alter Art und Weise (nicht DSGVO-konform) eingebunden – dann funktioniert der ALB wieder.
    Unser Techniker meinte, es liegt an der iframe Variante. Hat Enfold damit ein Problem? Können wir hier etwas anders einstellen?

    Wie sollen wir Videos DSGVO-konform einbinden, dass der Enfold-ALB einwandfrei funktioniert???

    Bei einer Seite “Unternehmen” funktioniert der ALB leider aber immer noch nicht.
    Könntet ihr hier direkt nachschauen?

    Hallo Claudia,

    I tried copying the content of the problem page to a new page but the same thing happens there as well unfortunately. Exactly when did this happen? If you know which content you added last then please try to remove that shortcode to see if it makes any difference.

    Hi Rikard,
    the problem is that the advanced layout builder does not load when it has an iframe with a youtube video including a nofollow link. We have to use this iframe solution because of the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU. When I delete the iframe link everything works fine. Is there a solution how I can use the iframe with the Advanced layout builder?

    Hi,

    Where did you add the iframe? All we can see above is the theme shortcodes, no iframes.

    Have you tried to add the iframe inside a code block?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Are you referring to the video inside the “Soziales Engagement von Pro Heraldica” section? That video is loading properly on our end even though it’s embedded in a code block or as an iframe.

    yes I know that the video is loading properly. But the advanced layout editor does not load in the backend as soon as there is a video embedded as an iframe.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    I have checked. It’s not plugin conflict. When you add embed code the theme advanced layout builder blocked admin ajax. So the builder doesn’t load. It’s a theme issue.

    Hi,

    The builder with the iframe generates the following error, but we’re not sure why.

    HTTP403: FORBIDDEN - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.
(XHR)POST - https://pro-heraldica.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Have you tried creating a custom shortcode for the iframe? Masking the iframe code with a custom shortcode should help.
