On the home page of our website, the main content of the page keeps running into the header area. We recently changed our header style from Default to Minimal (no borders, indicators or transparency) in order to make the header (menu area) white, but we cannot figure out why the page content is being allowed to go to the top of the page on the home page but not on any of the other pages on the website.

You seem to be using header transparency. Do you want to use it or not?
Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

That’s correct. We’d like to stop using header transparency but we can’t seem to figure out how to turn it off.
We did a mockup on our UAT site for our new website where we were able to achieve the white header. We then recorded all of our settings, re-loaded the UAT site from our live site, and started making the permanent changes but for some reason we can’t recreate the white header.
I’ve provided links to screenshots of the mockup, the current UAT site, and our header settings below.

Thank you for clarifying.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

VictoriaJuly 3, 2019 at 9:22 pm #1115586Unfortunately we can’t because the issue is on a UAT site that cannot be accessed from the outside.

Thank you for sharing the details.
The header transparency can be turned off from the homepage layout options on the right side under the header visibility options.
