GuestHi,
This seems to be the only way I can contact you without a purchase code.
I have recently migrated my businesses WP site to a VPS away from the developers who built it. Since the migration we have been unable to edit certain pages using the ALB, we just get a persistent loading icon spinning away.
I have tried the usual fixes, de-activating plugins, clearing caches updating everything I can but no use. I cant use the support forums without a purchase code and since it was the developers who bouth the theme I have not got one, I am hoping you can point me in the right direction without that though.Pleas let me know if you need any more info.

GuestI have literally just told you I don’t have a purchase code, and explained why. And I’m not going to buy the theme again if its buggy and doesn’t work properly. Is there somewhere I can find this in the theme itself?
June 27, 2019 at 5:20 am #1113790Hi Mike,
Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing the same problem on the contact page, you are getting a 400 bad request error on the page. I’m not sure why that is though. Please try to activate debug mode so that we can have a closer look: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
You will need a purchase code/access to the theme files at some point. We have no way of identifying if you actually own a license otherwise, there are a lot of pirating going on. So we could be helping someone out who hasn’t even paid of the theme. It’s of course in your interest as well; to be able to get support and update the theme.
Best regards,
Rikard -
