I just received an e-mail asking whether I would like to extend the support offered for my Enfold theme. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from Enfold for the past 4 months and never, not once received a reply. I don’t understand what kind of support you are selling?
I can’t even access my account and get support accessing it.
Hoping this time I can hear back from Enfold.

I searched your email on our database however it cannot be found. Could you please share your purchase code in private content field so we can reset your forum account so you can login and start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue?
